Kelvin Kerr

Kelvin Kerr grew up near a large rail yard, so it seemed only natural that the railroad became the inspiration for his artwork. Although he has used oil pastels and pen and ink, his primary medium is watercolor. His style is realistic, with a nod toward Impressionism. He works largely from photographs, striving to place a scene accurately.
